Yesterday, 5th November, we suffered a major outage that caused all of our websites and email services to be unavailable for approximately 18 hours. We would like to apologise to all our customers unreservedly for any inconvenience that this has caused you.
The issue has now been resolved and everything should be working correctly. However should have you still be having any problems please contact support through your control panel.
By way of an apology we are giving all of our customers an extra month of hosting for free. You don’t have to take any action. Your renewal date will now be one month later for your web hosting package.
We’re currently still investigating what went wrong and what steps we can take in the future to prevent such issues. But we’d like to assure you that we are doing our utmost to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.
